However much we look forward to it, Black Friday can feel chaotic. With dozens of tabs open, 'limited time offer' banners flashing, and endless 'best-ever-price' deals, it's no surprise that many of us get struck by decision paralysis and give up altogether.

Well, I have good news. I went through the entire John Lewis Black Friday womenswear sale from start to finish and picked out the 50 deals not to be missed. 

John Lewis has one of the best womenswear sales around: proper reductions on well-made basics, reliable brands and the kind of winter pieces you’d happily buy at full price, let alone with huge discounts. 

The only issue is the sheer volume. There are hundreds of items, and unless you’re ready to scroll for half an hour, it’s very easy to miss the best bits. I’ve checked fabrics, scanned the reviews, compared the discounts and compiled a list of the very best of the best.
