Khloe Kardashian reunited with her ex Tristan Thompson to celebrate the Fourth of July holiday with their children during a getaway to Idaho. 

The 42-year-old TV personality, who recently rang in her birthday just days earlier, was seen attending a local parade in the city of Coeur d'Alene with daughter True, eight, and son Tatum, three. 

The former professional basketball player, 35, was spotted standing nearby in the crowd during the festivities. 

Kardashian got into the festive spirit by donning a red shirt that had 'USA' and an American flag on the front. 

The reality star additionally opted for a pair of light blue jeans and comfy brown boots for the special day. 

Her long locks were parted in the middle and cascaded down past her shoulders in light waves. For a final touch, Kardashian also sported a pair of stylish shades. 

Thompson towered over other attendees while wearing a black shirt as well as a backward cap on top of his head. 

Once the parade kicked off, the sports star was seen propping Tatum up on his shoulder so the little one could get a better look. 

Kardashian later jumped to her main Instagram page to give fans a closer glimpse into her Fourth of July celebrations in Idaho. 

One image showed the Good American founder flashing a cheerful smile with her two kids as well as some of their cousins, including Dream Kardashian, nine.

The media personality took a variety of lighthearted selfies with True and Tatum as they made fun memories on the trip. 

In one snap, Kardashian could be seen posing with her two kids as they took a seat at the crowded parade. 

She also offered her followers a look at the festive outfits that she and her family wore over the weekend. 

The mom-of-two added a headband on top of her head that had stars on the top and mini streamers. 

Another image showed Tatum sitting at a table while holding a small bag that appeared to have his face as well as his older sister's on the front. 

The family had the chance to indulge in tasty food and treats on Saturday as well. 

One slide in the Instagram carousel showed a large cake that was covered in thick sugary frosting and icing which depicted the American flag. 

Bowls of fruit, pasta salad and other dishes were placed on a long table that was decked out with decorations.

In the caption of the post, Kardashian simply typed out: 'HBD USA.' 

And while Thompson was present during the celebration, he did not make an appearance in her recent social media snaps. 

Kardashian began dating her ex Thompson back in 2016, with the pair welcoming their first child, True, in April 2018. 

However, the sports player cheated on the TV personality when she was pregnant with their daughter. After the shock news broke, the pair initially remained together.

The following year in 2019, the two split after Thompson kissed Kylie Jenner's on-and-off BFF Jordyn Woods at a party, but reconciled during the Covid-19 pandemic after they quarantined together.

In June 2021, the pair once again ended their relationship, while a source told Us Weekly at the time that the stars 'remain amicable toward each other and will continue to coparent.'

Later that same year, Maralee Nichols sued Thompson for child support after she welcomed their son.

She had become pregnant when Thompson was still dating Kardashian, and after taking a paternity test, it was confirmed that he was the father of the baby boy.

The former basketball pro issued an apology to The Kardashians star, stating 'you don't deserve this. You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you.'

And then on July 28, 2022, the pair welcomed their second child, son Tatum, via surrogate.

Back in May during an episode of her Khloe In Wonder Land podcast, Kardashian revealed that both she and Thompson could still have another child together, despite him getting a vasectomy. 

The former couple used one of their embryos to welcome son Tatum, and have two embryos left. 

She also owns the rights to those embryos so she can have more kids with both their DNA even if Thompson doesn't want to. 

And back in February, Kardashian revealed on the podcast that she would 'want to be married' before having any more children. 

The TV personality has been keeping busy and recently celebrated her 42nd birthday on June 27. 

She uploaded a series of snaps from her intimate bash which showed her glamming up in an eye-catching dress. The star was joined by loved ones and pals, including Thompson and their two kids.
