BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Kern County Coroner’s Office identified a man who died after getting struck by several vehicles on Highway 99 earlier in July. Shane Daniel Voris, 43, of Bakersfield, was a pedestrian on Highway 99, south of White Lane, in the early morning hours of July 19, according to the coroner’s office. [...]
