Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson are in their newlywed bliss after marrying on May 21, but there’s a rumor that their exes might have secretly tried to hatch a plot to break them up.

Donald Jr.’s ex-fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle and Anderson’s ex-fiancé William “Beau” Wrigley “teamed up to break them up,” according to the Daily Mail.

“It was the most unholy of alliances, let’s just put it that way,” a source alleged to the media outlet.

The devious duo reportedly met in December 2024 to “discuss tactics” after the Daily Mail spotted Donald Jr. and Anderson meeting up for secret dates in Palm Beach, Florida, in August 2024. The timeline between Donald Jr. and Guilfoyle ending their engagement and President Donald Trump’s eldest son dating Anderson is a bit messy.

The source alleged that Guilfoyle reached out to Wrigley to spread the rumor that Anderson “was a social climber, pursuing the president’s son not for love but for wealth, celebrity, and power.”

A second source said it was Wrigley who reached out to Guilfoyle to “share concerns” about his ex because he felt there were red flags that Donald Jr. “should be aware of.” A third source noted that all of the allegations make Guilfoyle, now the ambassador to Greece, nothing but “jealous and petty.”

Donald Jr. and Guilfoyle were together from 2018 until their split in 2024. They were engaged in 2020, but didn’t reveal the news until 2022. It’s unclear how long Anderson and Wrigley dated, but they split in 2017, per Page Six.

That’s not the only drama plaguing Donald Jr. and Anderson. Anderson and her former BFF, Vanessa Trump — yes, Donald Jr.’s ex-wife — are no longer friends.

A Page Six source reported in April that they no longer speak because Anderson moved in on her bestie’s ex-husband. “[Vanessa’s] only friend was like Bettina, and she doesn’t even like her anymore because she got played,” a Trump insider claimed.

Donald Jr. and Anderson might be kicking off their marriage with a lot of unanswered questions behind the scenes.
