Grey's Anatomy stars Camilla Luddington and Adelaide Kane dared to bare in grey suits for the 19th season cast and crew reunion at PaleyFest, which was held at Hollywood's Dolby Theatre on Sunday.

Camilla flashed a hint of the grey bra beneath her pantsuit selected by stylist Natalie Hoselton.

Hairstylist Hayley Heckmann gave the British 39-year-old's locks a wet look for the Q&A/screening and make-up artist Adam Burrell made sure her complexion was fully contoured.

Coyly joining Luddington on the red carpet was her character Dr. Jo Wilson's potential onscreen love interest Chris Carmack, who plays Dr. Atticus Lincoln on the longest-running ABC medical drama.

'I think that this is the most important relationship in her life, other than the relationship with her kid because he's known her for so long,' the Constantine actress explained - according to Variety.

'So I think there's a dance going on right now of obviously not wanting to ruin that. She's never had stability...This is her family, this is potentially who she could be with forever, and so I think a lot rests in that friendship with him.'

Camilla continued: 'This is what she really needs. In learning to love herself and do the work, she is realizing this is what she really deserves and this is what love really looks like, so it's everything, but I don't think she wants to risk it.'

The 42-year-old Nashville and OC alum - rocking an all-black suit - called it a 'potential blooming romance' saying: 'I think Jo and that friendship has gotten [Link] a long way.'

In real life, Luddington has two children - daughter Hayden, nearly 6; and son Lucas, 2 - from her three-year marriage to Snowfall star Matthew Alan.

And Chris has two daughters - Kai, 2; and Cielle Estee, 10 months - from his four-year marriage to musical partner Erin Slaver.

The That's My Jam guest star - who boasts 6.3M social media followers - somehow found time backstage to perform a TikTok dance to Taylor Swift's 2022 song Karma with her co-star Kim Raver (Dr. Teddy Altman).

Meanwhile, Adelaide flaunted her taut tummy in a cinched white Abodi blouse beneath a grey Maison Margiela suit and chrome-toed pumps selected by styling duo Dani + Emma.

Hairstylist Kiley Fitzgerald coiffed the Australian 32-year-old's partial updo with face-framing tendrils.

Make-up artist Melissa Hernandez applied substantial pink blush to Kane's eyes and cheeks.

The Neighbours alum - who moved to LA at age 19 in 2009 - said of her new intern character, Dr. Jules Millin: 'I'm excited to watch her heal within herself and learn to be emotional. There is no joy without sadness.'

Camilla and Adelaide eagerly posed for a selfie with many of their castmates on the red carpet ahead of the panel.

The Grey's Anatomy iPhone selfie was expertly taken by Scottish actor Kevin McKidd, who plays Dr. Owen Hunt.

The PaleyFest panel was moderated by T.R. Knight - who played Dr. George O'Malley from 2005–2009 and 2020) - and Caterina Scorsone confessed: 'You were my intern crush!'

The Canadian 41-year-old - who plays Dr. Amelia Shepherd - opted for a long-sleeve green velvet maxi-dress featuring pink trim with pink pumps.

Five-time Emmy nominee Chandra Wilson - who's played Dr. Miranda Bailey since 2005 - wore a fuzzy lavender sweater with a ruched grey high-low skirt and silver slingbacks.

Everything Everywhere All At Once alum Harry Shum Jr. - who play Benson Kwan on Grey's - rocked a zigzag-print top beneath a grey suit and white sneakers selected by stylist Warren Alfie Baker.

Season 19 showrunner Krista Vernoff - who was replaced by executive producer Meg Marinis for season 20 - wore a black blouse with matching slacks and sandals.

Also attending the PaleyFest panel were cast members Niko Terho, Jake Borelli, James Pickens Jr., Midori Francis, Anthony Hill, Kelly McCreary, Alexis Floyd.

Noticeably missing was Ellen Pompeo, who will continue to provide voiceover for the beginning and end of each episode despite her character Dr. Meredith Grey departing on February 23.

PaleyFest audiences got a sneak peek at this coming Thursday's episode titled 'Cowgirls Don't Cry' of the 16-episode 19th season.
