Kate revealed she was engaged to farmer Andrew during an Instagram live earlier this month.
She was speaking to fellow actress Amy Brenneman in honour of the 15th anniversary of their show Private Practice.
'Here comes the jungle cat, that is my fiancé,' she said, to which Amy replied: 'You just 100 per cent outed your engagement!'
