Today’s communication service providers (CSPs) sit at the center of some of the world’s most demanding digital services—none more mission critical than international mobile banking.
Because financial institutions must serve their customers wherever they may travel, expectations for instant, secure transaction validation must evolve. Yet, for many banks, the ability to access the network data needed to support mobile applications and anywhere, anytime services falls short.
During a recent engagement, NETSCOUT worked with an institution’s service provider to develop a data-curation approach for cost-efficient transaction validation processing.
By making the shift to curated, contextualized packet intelligence, the CSP transformed massive volumes of packet-level data into precise, enriched data feeds tailored specifically for the banking application.
As a result of this work, the banking application was able to keep pace with sub-second validation requests, reducing reliance on HLR/VLR queries and delivering a smoother experience for mobile banking users operating across countries and currencies.
Moving Beyond the Raw-Data ApproachThis success story highlights what’s possible when service providers embrace intelligent curation. It’s not just about visibility—it’s about delivering exactly the right data, at exactly the right moment, to support high-value digital services.
Want to see how curated packet intelligence can help you reduce processing costs, scale transaction volumes, and improve customer satisfaction? Download the full success story and learn how you can apply the same approach to your network and applications.
