EXCLUSIVE: Winston Duke has inked with United Talent Agency for representation in all areas, we have learned.

The Tobago-born, Brooklyn, NY-raised Duke rose to fame as M’Baku in Marvel/Disney’s Black Panther, which grossed over $1.3 billion at the global box office in 2018. M’Baku is the leader of the mountain Jabari Tribe and a former rival to the King of Wakanda, T’Challa, who eventually by the sequel Wakanda Forever ($859.2M) becomes the King of Wakanda.

Winston is set to reprise the role in December’s Avengers: Doomsday. Over the weekend, it was confirmed at Comic-Comic that Duke was definitely coming back for Ryan Coogler’s Black Panther 3 due out in December 2028.

Prior to Black Panther, Duke starred alongside Lupita Nyong’o in Jordan Peele’s Us, which grossed close to $260M at the global box office in 2019. Duke’s diverse body of work also includes Peter Berg’s Spenser Confidential, David Leitch’s The Fall Guy and Edson Oda’s drama Nine Days.

Up next, Duke, a Yale Drama School alum, is set to lend his voice to the animated dystopian feature Slime, from Sundance prize-winner Jeron Braxton, alongside Teyana Taylor, LaKeith Stanfield, Scott “Kid Cudi” Mescudi and Willow Smith.Beyond acting, Duke is expanding his work as a producer through Papa Bois Productions, his banner dedicated to developing premium documentary, television, and feature film projects that amplify distinctive voices and globally relevant stories. UTA will partner with Duke to launch and expand the label’s creative slate across film, television and nonfiction storytelling.

Duke also serves as a UN Ambassador for Responsible Tourism and supports Partners In Health in its mission to advance global health equity and social justice, continuing a legacy of service inspired by his late mother.

He continues to be represented by HJTH and Shafran PR. Duke was previously with WME.
