Wheels & Squeals: 4:30-8 p.m. Thursday, June 25. A free family-friendly “touch-a-truck” event featuring a variety of large trucks. Children and adults can get behind the steering wheel, flip the lights and explore the insides. Also, added this year is a Give-it-a-Try BMX Session for all ages. Guests can experience the .25-mile championship track with bikes provided by Waterford Oaks BMX. Long sleeves, long pants and closed toe shoes are required to participate. There will also be food trucks and music during the event. Huron-Clinton Metroparks will distribute more than 500 free life jackets to promote safe recreation on the water.
