There is a status called "Archived" (like Gathering Support), which is simply an organizational tool, and you should have access to those. What you are seeing above is likely the more permanent repository which follows our privacy guidelines for archiving posts (outside of Revit Ideas) that are older than 10 years with no accepted solution.
As far as the message displayed, I can pass this request on to the Community team, however it may be something that comes from the host platform itself. Hope that helps!
