Tennis star Naomi Osaka may not be in the running for the grand US Open championship anymore, but now, the pro-athlete is focusing on a different passion of hers - flipping houses.

The 24-year-old sports legend from California has successfully flipped the first home she ever purchased, and has made quit the profit on it.

Osaka bought the home from mega star Nick Jonas, 29, in 2021 for a whopping $6.9 million, and just one year later, waved goodbye to her peaceful open-air estate by selling it for $1.7 million more than what she bought it for.

The off-market deal was completed last month, and the new owner of the mountainside home is tech entrepreneur Milun Tesovic.

The off-market deal was completed last month and the spendy new owner of the mountainside home is tech entrepreneur Milun Tesovic, 37

Tesovic, 37, a partner at Uber co-founder Garrett Camp's Expa venture capital fund, is actually well-known for owning costly homes and less than two years ago, the Bosnian-born entrepreneur purchased a $9.6 million Hollywood Hills mansion, which was previously owned by Scooter Braun, 41.

Osaka's former home spans over 3,000 square feet and sits on a half-acre lot - located on top of a Beverly Hills mountain.

The huge mansion boasts three bedrooms and four bathrooms, with eye-catching, high ceilings and large windows to allow an ample amount of natural light to shine through.

The hillside home features a grand fireplace, a full set of premium Miele appliances, a gym - perfect for an athlete - and an elaborate security system.

Not only does the chef's kitchen come complete with state-of-the-art appliances, but it also features a built-in espresso machine and a wine refrigerator.

The master bathroom has a freestanding spoon tub, while walls of disappearing glass surround the home - leading to a grassy lawn with a enormous swimming pool bordered with a wooden deck.

The property also includes a freestanding guesthouse that features one bedroom and one bathroom.

The tennis star's former home also provides breath-taking views across Los Angeles, cantilevered over the valley below.

The star athlete has since moved from the hillside mansion to San Fernando Valley, where she purchased Nick Lachey's former home for $6.3 million

Over the past year, Osaka decided to get back into the game and work on her real-estate skills when she decided to sell her airy estate

The home was first built in 1965, but was completely rebuilt by Los Angeles nightclub owner Jason Lev, who worked with architectural firm SPACE International and the design team from Ground Up La to furnish the property inspired by midcentury design, according to the New York Post

The star athlete has since moved from the hillside mansion in 90210 to San Fernando Valley, where she purchased Nick Lachey's former home for $6.3 million.

For the past few years, Naomi has been the highest-paid woman in sports worldwide.

She has earned more the $53.2 million in the last year, through her sports achievements and her numerous partnerships with major brands such as Louis Vuitton, Nike, Levi's, Google and Sweetgreen.

Osaka rose to international fame when she beat tennis star Serena Williams in the 2018 U.S. Open, and then won the Australian Open, making her the first woman to win consecutive Grand Slam titles since Williams in 2015.

She made headlines when she withdrew from the French Open last year to focus on her mental health, and declared she wouldn't do any media interviews, retreating to her private hillside mansion.

Over the past year, Osaka decided to get back into the game; and while her tennis dreams were crushed when she lost the 2022 US Open to athlete Danielle Collins, 28, she proved she can do it all when she stepped into the world of real estate.
