As previously stated, the Now Bar Blur is identical to the lock screen shortcuts. This same blur can be seen elsewhere in the UI, particularly in the new Now Brief widget.If you want the now bar timer to appear white, you can turn on "Reduce transparency and blur" in Accessibility settings.Even with blur reduced, the now bar and notification cards will be mismatched in dark mode. If you find this visual inconsistency problematic, I recommend submitting feedback via the support tab.
