CHARLESTON, Ill. (WCIA) -- A woman is facing not only theft charges in Coles County but extradition to South Carolina for an outstanding warrant. The Charleston Police Department said on its Facebook page that 33-year-old Jennifer Abercrombie was arrested on June 23.
