Bella Hadid looked incredible in a slinky red dress with red stone details as she attended a Valentine's Day dinner in Los Angeles for her perfume brand Orebella.

On Thursday night the 29-year-old model teased her cleavage in the low-cut, ankle-length ensemble, which boasted wispy sleeves and a fringed hemline.

Her long, blonde hair was partially clipped back and she let loose waves fall over her chest.

Hadid, who was recently involved in a brush with the law involving boyfriend Adan Banuelos, added dark brown pointed-toe heels.

She was typically stunning in a full face of bronzy makeup, with her cheeks and eyelids highlighted in soft tones.

A post shared on Orebella's Instagram Stories on Friday detailed, 'Last night, we gathered with friends to celebrate the season of love and connection.'

Guests at the exclusive gathering – hosted at Italian restaurant Ètra – dined on a pear salad, meatballs, pasta, and chicken, followed by toffee pudding and gelato for dessert.

Attendees enjoyed taking Polaroid snapshots of each other and penning love notes in the spirit of Valentine's Day.

Orebella shared photos from the soiree on social media on Friday, writing in a caption, 'Sending love all wrapped in in sweet scents, smooth silk, and a soft skin glow.

'Last chance to gift your Valentine at your @ultabeauty store.'

It comes days after Hadid and Banuelos had separate confrontations with police in Texas.

Documents obtained by TMZ reveal that Hadid was pulled over in a traffic stop before her boyfriend Banuelos was busted for public intoxication on January 31.

Banuelos, a horse trainer, was taken into custody at Parker County Jail in the early morning hours and released after posting $386 bond. 

The documents claim that deputies pulled Hadid over in a traffic stop at Gator's Cantina restaurant in Weatherford.

Meanwhile, they had been approached by Banuelos in the parking lot of the eatery. 

The arresting officer recounted that he 'immediately noted that Adan's speech was slurred and his eyes were bloodshot and glassy.' 

Banuelos reportedly told the officers he was concerned about his girlfriend, however the police observed a noticeable 'odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from his breath.'

Throughout the interaction, his white truck was running, with a white dog believed to belong to Hadid inside.

The National Cutting Horse Association Hall of Famer was taken into custody after admitting to consuming 'four' beers throughout the day and taking a field sobriety test. 

It was determined that Banuelos was intoxicated and he was taken into custody as a precautionary measure to prevent him from 'possibly driving a vehicle or posing a danger to himself or others.'
