A Brazilian influencer and model has revealed the eye-watering amount of money she has splashed on various cosmetic procedures and surgeries over the years.

Ju Isen, a popular public figure based in São Paulo, has dropped USD$500,000 (AUD$758,087) over 15 years to achieve her dream look.

Now, the 40-year-old bombshell has given Daily Mail an inside look at her 50th plastic surgery procedure—the controversial, and currently trending, fox eye lift. 

'I've always wanted fox eyes,' Ju explains. 

'They have this seductive, mysterious energy. For me, it's the most powerful look a woman can have—especially when flirting.' 

The fox eye surgery, which lifts the outer corners of the eyes to create a sharper, feline shape, has gained traction globally among celebrities and influencers. 

Often associated with figures like Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner, the look is seen as both high-fashion and intensely seductive.

Australian TV star Skye Wheatley made headlines last year when she underwent the procedure, courting controversy as she shared her recovery journey online. 

For Ju, a model known for pushing boundaries in beauty and self-expression, the transformation was immediate.

'When I looked in the mirror, I instantly noticed the change. I felt more confident, more defined, and more like myself,' she says.

'The shape enhances my face and gives me the energy I've always wanted to project.'

Ju went on to reveal the procedure went smoothly and she experienced minimal recovery time.

'There's some swelling at the start, of course, but I could see the results right away. It's delicate, but it changes your entire aura,' she says.

Ju has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars over a decade and a half to get various high-end procedures. 

In addition to standard cosmetic procedures, she has undergone a rhinoplasty, liposuction, and received breast implants.

Ju also received reconstructive work after a dog bite incident a few years ago, and gets ongoing treatments like skin resurfacing, sculpting, and non-invasive contouring.

Her most recent fox eye lift was done at a premium clinic in São Paulo, with results she describes as 'immediate and game-changing'.

While many would balk at the idea of spending so much money on plastic surgery, the blonde beauty sees the investment as part of her career.

She says her appearance is central to her brand, and she's never shied away from reinventing herself.

'My surgeries are my story,' she says. 'They mark different phases in my life. Some people write memoirs. I shape mine.'

As for whether or not the fox eye lift was her last surgery, Ju says: 'You never know. But this one felt important—like the missing piece. 

'Now I feel like I can walk into any room and own it.'
