Crashes cause backups on I-69 amid heavy rain

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Drivers should be extra careful traveling in the bouts of heavy rain Tuesday, especially on the highway. Multiple crashes were reported along Interstate 69 in the afternoon. The Indiana Department of Transportation's TrafficWise cameras showed emergency crews at the scene of a collision on I-69 northbound near the 305 mile-marker. [...]
