Brentwood detective sues city over claims of racism

A Brentwood police detective is suing the city, alleging she had to deal with racist and sexist comments from a fellow officer, including a reference to the discriminatory "three-fifths" clause, saying she was later the victim of retaliation for reporting the alleged harassment.
