Delhivery has announced the launch of Delhivery Maps, an AI-native geospatial platform designed specifically for logistics, delivery operations, and enterprise applications across India. The launch coincides with the company’s 15-year anniversary and marks Delhivery’s entry into the commercial mapping and location intelligence market.

Unlike traditional consumer mapping services that focus primarily on passenger navigation, Delhivery Maps has been built around real-world logistics requirements such as delivery routing, vehicle movement patterns, incomplete addresses, landmark-based navigation, and dispatch optimization.

Speaking on the launch, Kapil Bharati, Executive Director and CTO of Delhivery, said, “We built Delhivery Maps out of operational necessity to run India’s largest logistics network intelligently and solve for unstructured addresses and commercial routing rules at massive scale. Opening up the APIs and AI models externally marks our entry as a commercial geospatial infrastructure provider.”

According to Delhivery, the platform is powered by data generated from its nationwide logistics network, including:

• More than 2 billion historical shipments
• Around 1 billion GPS pings every day
• Data from over 100,000 active vehicles

The company says this proprietary infrastructure already powers 100 percent of its logistics operations and is now being opened to enterprises, developers, and gig-economy platforms.

At the core of the platform is Naksha LLM, a new family of geospatial reasoning models designed to understand and interpret location data more intelligently than traditional rule-based mapping systems.

Instead of relying solely on static databases, Naksha LLM uses dynamic reasoning to improve address understanding, route planning, navigation, and location-based decision making.

The platform offers a full suite of geospatial APIs, including:

• Geocoding
• Reverse Geocoding
• Vehicle-Aware Routing
• Navigation APIs
• Distance Matrix
• Map Tiles

Delhivery is also making Naksha LLM available through its Maps MCP, allowing developers to build AI-powered workflows, automation systems, and autonomous agents that can leverage advanced location intelligence.
