Kolte-Patil Developers appoints Hrishikesh Parandekar as CEO

Kolte-Patil Developers has appointed Hrishikesh Parandekar as CEO from August 24, tasking him with leading its next phase of growth. The IIM Ahmedabad Gold Medalist brings over three decades of experience across real estate, investments and strategic leadership, having previously held senior roles at Alpha Alternatives, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley and other firms.

Mumbai: Blackstone-backed realty developer Kolte-Patil Developers has appointed Hrishikesh Parandekar as its Chief Executive Officer, with effect from August 24.

Parandekar will spearhead Kolte-Patil Developers next phase of growth, driving business expansion, operational excellence, institutional strengthening and long-term shareholder value, the company said in a release.

“Kolte-Patil is at an important inflection point in its evolution, with a strong foundation and meaningful opportunities ahead. We are confident in his (Parandekar’s) ability to lead the company through its next chapter of growth,” said Asheesh Mohta, Head of Real Estate India, Blackstone, and Director on the Board of Kolte-Patil Developers.

An IIM Ahmedabad Gold Medalist, Parandekar has over three decades of experience across real estate, investments and strategic leadership, with a strong track record of scaling businesses, driving growth and leading transformation.

“My focus will be on driving disciplined execution, accelerating growth, strengthening operational performance and building a scalable, high-performing organization that delivers sustained long-term value for all stakeholders,” Parandekar said.

He is joining from Alpha Alternatives, where he was Senior Partner leading Strategic Partnerships and Real Estate Investing. Prior to this, he held leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, Morgan Stanley, Karvy Group, Ambit Holdings and Sugee Group.
