Rob Rene spent 25 years in enterprise software before a Stage 3 melanoma diagnosis - following four near-death experiences - upended his life. He left corporate America to build a faith-based wellness company, Exodus Strong, and write his book Light Code. It's a strong human-interest angle: reinvention after illness, the intersection of faith and modern wellness science, and what stewardship of the body looks like in midlife. Rob is an articulate, quotable source on resilience, energy, and healthy aging, and a recurring guest on The Steve Gruber Show.
