Welcome Pilots! Mark your calendar to attend the Angel Flight BBQ and Annual Meeting. This is our way to say thank you to our Angel Flight pilots, volunteers, and their guests for their constant support and contributions throughout the year.

.This isn’t a fundraiser—it’s just a laid-back, free get-together to say THANK YOU to our amazing volunteers and to give others a chance to connect and share stories.

.It’s a great way to meet fellow pilots and swap some good hangar talk.

📅 Event details 

• When: Saturday, May 9th, 11:30 am – 1:30 pm
• Where: Doug Vincent’s Hangar B-52 at Jones Riverside Airport (RVS)
• Fly-in: Park at either of the two FBOs. Riverside Jet Center or Christiansen Aviation. Then call 918-749-8992 and we will send someone to pick you up.
• Drive-in: 8605 S. Elwood Ave., Tulsa, OK. We have a designated parking area at the Picnic Pavilion with someone driving a shuttle.
