In the late 2000s you couldn't escape Robert Pattinson or Kristen Stewart, nor the melodrama that was the Twilight saga.

Now Bershka UK is set to make bank on the romance fantasy series by launching a clothing and accessory collection helmed by Bella Swan and Edward Cullen's faces - and fans are going wild.

Despite the first instalment of the multi-billion franchise debuting in 2008, fans have fallen head over heels for the fashion retailer's nostalgic take on the werewolf-centred romance.   

Shoppers can now get their hands on a range of Twilight phone cases, jewellery, handbags, pyjama sets and hoodies - the latter being the priciest of the collection at £55.99.

It seems fan frenzy may be reaching fever pitch on TikTok - as people all over the world have taken to the platform to show off their Twilight gear.

In Milan, one person shared a video in a Bershka store with the caption: 'Bershka... what the 'f***?' 

Set to the Twilight theme tune 'Twilight (Bella's Lullaby)', the excited woman could barely hold back tears as she posted a clip of herself trying on a T-shirt from the range. 

She opted for a white one which featured an image of the on-and-off screen couple locked in a romantic embrace, surrounded by a cute pink heart.

In Barcelona, one woman advised her fellow fanatics not to walk, but 'run' to their nearest Bershka store in order to snap up the collectable items.

In the video, she set her sights on an 'Edward' mini handbag. The £30 bag was laden with various images of the hearthrob striking his then-famous moody pose.

Elsewhere one woman went completely wild over the collection, writing on her TikTok page: 'Finally a clothing store has done it! Did I buy nearly the entire collection? Yes!'

Taylor Lautner - or Jacob in the film series - also makes an appearance in the collection. 

His likeness was displayed on a £20 t-shirt, along with an image of Bella as the two stared forlornly into each other's eyes.

However over in Sweden, one content creator said the collection was 'so ugly I need it' as she browsed through the range on Bershka's website.

Titled 'Twilight', the exclusive collection features a number of winter and summer essentials, as well as accessories - all priced between £15.99 and £55.99.

Lovers of the movie series can snap up a black 'Edward' iPhone case for £15.99, while a double pack of silver Twilight necklaces costs £17.99, and a keyring for the same price.

Fans will also have the chance to display their loyalty to either 'Team Edward' or 'Team Jacob' with Bershka's white and pink 'Twilight short sleeve t-shirt' - both priced at £19.99.

Other items available in the Twilight collection include a grey fabric sweater emblazoned with a picture of Edward's face, and a two-piece skirt set featuring him and Bella braced for a kiss.

The sweater comes with a price tag of £39.99, while the set's top costs £19.99 and the skirt, £35.99.

The Twilight Saga is a series of romance fantasy films based on the book 'Twilight' by author Stephenie Meyer; first hitting cinemas in 2008.

The story follows a young human, Bella Swan as she falls deeply in love with a man stuck in time - who turns out to be a vampire.

It's launch brought about an unprecedented frenzy led by tweens and teens everywhere as young fans couldn't get enough. So intense was Edward and Bella's onscreen passion - played by Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart respectively - their love quickly translated into a real life liaison.

The couple dated for five years before it hit the rocks when Kristen was unfaithful with her Snow White And The Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.

The news comes as Twilight fans have been commenting on how 'cringe' the movie is after a deleted scene from the 2008 film started doing the rounds on social media again recently.

The scene in question involves an awkward interaction between Bella Swan and Edward Cullen when she goes home with him for the first time and is given a tour of where he lives.

The bedroom scene does feature in the final cut of the film, which has come to gross $393.6 million worldwide, but there's a portion of the conversation between vampire Edward and schoolgirl Bella that was not left in, and it's clear to see why.

In a video shared on Instagram by user @corinnieeeee, who regularly dissects the Twilight franchise, she can be heard telling viewers: 'I suppose we have to revisit what I consider the second most cringe Twilight deleted scene, the infamous chinchilla dropping scene. Again, be warned this is extremely cringe.'

The extended version of the scene shows Bella inspecting Edward's 'cool' bedroom and mentioning random items, including journals and his music collection, when she picks up a rain stick.

'I used to make these. I had a chinchilla and me and my mom used to make these out of the chinchilla’s droppings and like paper towel rolls,' Bella tells Edward awkwardly, before adding: 'Maybe that’s weird.'

Corinne then comes back into view and tells her followers: 'My biggest takeaway from that scene has always been who has ever said that or done that and thought that that would be a good thing to include in this film?

'Because once again, that particular detail about the chinchilla droppings, that's not something we can blame Stephanie Meyer for, that's a Catherine Hardwicke original, that wasn't even in the book!' she adds, referring to the author of the book and then the director of the movie.

'So I just need to know why. Yes, I do think this one is slightly easier to watch than the finger biting scene. This one is kinda funny, but what is the face he makes after that? Like why were you doing that?!'
