An engineer with a background in complex systems architecture, Khemka partnered with orthopedic surgeons to launch SimpleTherapy as a digital musculoskeletal platform. What began as an algorithm for knee pain has grown into an omnichannel platform combining virtual and in-person care, behavioral health, and workplace injury prevention.

SimpleTherapy’s patented 3D neural network converts standard video into 3D movement data, allowing clinicians to personalize treatment and employers to detect postural risks before injuries occur. Today, the company serves more than 1,000 clients, ranging from businesses with six employees to Fortune 50 organizations.

SimpleTherapy is fully bootstrapped, with an investor base made up entirely of orthopedic surgeons.
