Function Health has secured $450 million in growth financing from General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund, according to Fierce Healthcare. The financing comes eight months after the preventive health company raised a $298 million Series B round and will support the continued expansion of its testing, imaging, and personalized health platform.

Function offers memberships starting at $365 per year that include access to more than 160 laboratory tests covering areas such as heart, hormone, thyroid, liver, and kidney health. Members can track their results through the company’s app. Function also provides access to full-body MRI and CT scans at more than 200 locations for an additional charge of less than $1,000.

The company has expanded its services through three acquisitions over the past 15 months. Function acquired imaging company Ezra in 2025 to add AI-assisted full-body scans, followed by mobile healthcare provider Getlabs in April 2026 to offer blood draws at homes and workplaces. Its acquisition of SuppCo added tools for evaluating and tracking nutritional supplements.

General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund provides companies with financing tied to customer growth rather than a traditional equity investment. Function said it will use the capital to bring its platform to millions more people, although the companies did not disclose additional financing terms.
