FM 481 bridge in Uvalde County to reopen Sunday, weeks ahead of schedule

The FM 481 bridge over the Nueces River will reopen Sunday, just over a month after historic flooding washed away part of the bridge approach. TxDOT says emergency repairs were completed 37 days after work began, several weeks ahead of schedule.
