Diskin has led high-impact digital initiatives for startups and multi-billion-dollar enterprises across healthcare, insurance, SaaS, higher education, hospitality, and consumer services. His expertise spans enterprise web strategy, UX/CX optimization, marketing technology, CRM, AI-driven engagement, and organizational change management, delivering results such as triple-digit growth in customer acquisition, rapid-recovery revenue initiatives, and large-scale digital transformations tied directly to mission-critical KPIs with measured ROI.

Diskin receives the CEO torch from Tom Granger, who founded FDG Web in 1999. The handoff and progression of leadership allows FDG Web to continue to grow while maintaining its commitment to clients, team members, and operational excellence.
