More news from Dr. Alan McDougall on the publication of his new book with Tony Shaw, Cold War Football: A History in Ten Matches, published by Cambridge University Press.

The book was officially launched last Friday evening at Waterstones Piccadilly in London, England, where friends, colleagues, and football enthusiasts gathered to celebrate its release. The authors have also shared photos from the launch and from a striking window display at the Cambridge University Press bookshop in Cambridge.

Since publication, Tony and Alan have been busy discussing the book with a wider audience. Upcoming appearances include Times Radio and FootyCon at Craven Cottage, while the book will also feature in an upcoming issue of BBC History Magazine and on HistoryExtra.
