When I go to the forum link on the backend, everything is there and working perfectly, but on the public side, all I get is an under-construction page. I have turned that option on and off in the settings multiple times, but no change. Any suggestions?

I figured this out. I was not clearing the cache properly. Once I got it cleared, all seems to be good now.
