Broadband activated but not provisioned/working?

Hi all, Broadband activated last week Wednesday (says in my email I received from Sky), that's the start of my new contract.  CityFibre engineer came on Thursday, and they installed the ONT and connected my hub max to the ONT. Since then, I've had a green power/PON light on ONT, but only a solid red light on my hub (the ONT power light did flash briefly but this was an update I believe). No WiFi.  Friday, I contact Sky and they put in for me to have an engineer come round. They also said it needs provisioning (?).  Now, we are on Monday night, still no WiFi, I contacted Sky again earlier and they said the CityFibre engineer cancelled. I couldn't see it on my end, but they could see it on theirs? I thought this was a little weird.  What is going on? What do I do? I have tested the cables and they're all fine. Power is being drawn properly to both hub and ONT. I can even see the hub from my devices and it just says "Connected, no internet". I am paying for my full fibre broadband from Wednesday last week, and I don't have any internet from it at all. One of the chat agents did say there will be compensation credited to my account but first and foremost I need WiFi. Thanks all
