Milania Giudice was missing for 30 minutes before police intervened during her alleged airport meltdown this week.

Newly released audio from the 911 dispatch call revealed the 20-year-old, who is the daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, was traveling with a cat in a pink animal carrier when she 'went rogue' at Tampa International Airport.

Law enforcement in the call, obtained by TMZ, confirmed that they had been contacted with 'intent to locate' a female who had 'run off' while traveling with a counselor, mom Teresa, and sister Gia Giudice, 25.

Milania is currently under the care of professionals following a series of troubling incidents. She was arrested over a domestic violence dispute in May, then lost her best friend 'in a terrible and tragic accident' just two months later.

Her rep and longtime family friend Maria DeSantis has now confirmed that the University of Tampa student is focused on her 'health and wellbeing.'

'Milania is deeply loved by her family and friends, and all of us are doing everything we can to support her as she navigates an incredibly difficult time in her life, particularly following the devastating loss of her best friend, Victoria,' DeSantis said in a statement. 'She is currently surrounded by people who love her and is under the care of professionals who are working with her and her family.'

She continued, 'Milania is a good-hearted and caring young woman who has been going through a very challenging period, and our focus right now is simply on her health, healing and wellbeing.'

She added, 'In time, she hopes that being open about her experiences may help other young people facing their own struggles, but for now we ask for compassion and privacy as she and her family continue to navigate this together.'

This comes just days after Milania posted a disturbing video to social media that showed her snapping at her mom Teresa and older sister Gia as they made their way through Tampa International Airport together.

Amid the back and forth, police officers were seen standing by the trio.

'This is what we do now everybody, this is what we do,' Milania said repeatedly in the clip.

A composed yet tense Teresa attempted to calm the situation, telling her daughter, 'I love you. I love you.' Gia then chimed in, 'Let her do what she wants to do,' before Milania told her to 'shut the f**k up.'

The video was posted by Milania but deleted shortly after, according to TMZ.

Per a CAD log obtained by the publication, Milania had allegedly been recently released from a hospital when police were called to Tampa International Airport.

The log says police were told Milania was experiencing 'suicidal thoughts/mental breakdown.'

The site also reported that the log references a possible Baker Act situation. 

The Baker Act is a Florida law that allows people to be held for a temporary, involuntary mental health examination for up to 72 hours.  

No police report was created and no arrest or medical transport was made, according to Page Six.

The site reported that Milania enrolled in anger management classes in August.

During the airport incident, Milania had apparently run away from Teresa, Gia, a counselor, and others, The Sun reported.

A law enforcement source told the publication that police were contacted on Wednesday around 2:20PM after 'multiple females said they needed police ASAP.'

The source said police were informed Milania had 'just been released from the hospital.'

Milania was found 12 minutes after police were contacted and the issue was sorted, with the group boarding their flight together, the source added. 

It's been a particularly turbulent year for Milania, who was arrested for alleged domestic violence in May.

In a report obtained by the Daily Mail, Milania 'threw candles and food' during the alleged incident at her mother's New Jersey home before her sister Gabriella, 22, called 911 claiming her 'sister was acting erratically.'

Milania was accused of 'causing bodily injury' and 'simple assault' following the alleged incident.

No weapons were involved and no injuries were reported, with Milania charged with one count of simple assault. The victim was never identified. 

She has not addressed the incident aside from a TikTok video posted in June, in which she said: 'It is what it is. S*** happens in life. Just become a better person and talk about it.'

The reality star also noted that she 'was not in a good area in [her] life.'

Milania has been mourning the loss of her childhood friend Victoria Zardoya, who suffered a 'devastating fall' on July 24 while exploring historic ruins in Florida. She died days later at age 20.

In addition to Milania, Teresa shares daughters Gia, Gabriella, and Audriana with ex-husband Joe Giudice.

The former couple were heavily featured on The Real Housewives Of New Jersey, which covered the fraud conviction that sent them to prison.
