A Florida father has been accused of raping a 22-year-old employee on board his yacht in Nantucket Harbor just hours after his wife left to take their son to preschool. 

Christian Bradley Williams, 54, has been charged with rape, indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14 stemming from the alleged incident on August 9.

Williams has pleaded not guilty to all charges, according to Nantucket Current reporters who were in the courtroom as he was arraigned on Friday. 

He is expected to post his $50,000 cash bail, which is being brought to the ritzy Massachusetts island by his wife. 

A police report obtained by the Current details how the assault allegedly happened on board the Williams' family yacht, called the Chimera, which was moored in Nantucket Harbor from June 25.

The victim, who has not been publicly identified, started working on board the Chimera that month as a deckhand in exchange for housing on the boat, per the report.

Williams was also living on board the luxury vessel for the summer with his wife, two-year-old son, and the child's nanny, 19. 

His wife, nanny, and son left the boat for Florida on August 9 so that the child could start preschool, while Williams planned to stay in Nantucket until September 15. 

The alleged victim told police that later that day, she arrived at the vessel and found Williams on board, drinking alone. 

He allegedly invited her to dinner, to which she agreed, before he told her 'to put on a dress,' adding: 'I want to go somewhere nice,' per the court filing.

'At approximately 5:30, (the) victim got changed into her dress and called the launch to pick them up at the vessel,' the report states. 

'Victim stated that when Christian saw her in the dress that he stated, "Wow, you look amazing," which this is when victim first began to sense that something may be wrong.' 

Williams's wife called him while they waited for the launch to pick them up, and he told the alleged victim that he didn't want her to know they were going out to dinner, the report states.

Throughout the evening, Williams ramped up his sleazy rhetoric, according to the police report, including telling the victim: 'Hey sweety' and 'You're my sugar mommy tonight.'

He also allegedly claimed that the victim's boyfriend, who had already left the island for the summer, was 'stupid for not locking you down,' before adding: 'you're so beautiful.'

The young employee told investigators she 'began to get really nervous' about his allegedly escalating behavior and at 8pm she told him she wanted to go back to the boat. 

She added in the report that Williams asked her to put her card down for the meal so that his wife would not know about it, before paying her $500, despite the meal only costing about half this amount. 

The alleged victim said they had one drink each at dinner, and Williams tried to persuade her to go out for another afterwards, but she declined. 

Once back at the boat, she tried to go to bed at about 8.30pm, but he became 'very persistent' that they have another drink together, the report states.

Williams allegedly made a rum drink and they both went upstairs on the yacht. The victim told him that she did not want to be near him, according to the report. 

However, she drank the rum beverage and became dizzy before losing her vision, the police report states. 

Moments later, she was aware that Williams was on top of her with his full body weight, sexually assaulting her, according to the document.

The victim claimed that she told him 'I'm your employee, please get off me.' while he continued to force her down. 

Williams then took her to his bed, and she fell unconscious as soon as her head hit the pillow, according to the police report. 

When she woke up, she noticed signs that she had been sexually assaulted on her body, and she left the vessel, according to the police document. 

She called her boss, Max Shapiro, who owns the Nantucket Launch Company and told him she needed to speak with him urgently. 

Once with Shapiro, she told him she had woken up 'naked and bleeding' in Williams's bed. She reminded Shapiro that he had connected her with the lodging on Williams's boat.

She also told him: 'You set me up with this housing,' to which she said he allegedly replied, 'Why are you telling me this? Get to work, are you clocked in?' according to the police report. 

He later told her to 'clock out and go home', but she had already decided to leave the Nantucket Launch Company due to the alleged experience. 

Shapiro has denied the alleged victim's narrative of their conversation. 

'The recap of the conversation on the dock is not at all accurate,' he said in a statement to the New York Post. 

'I know there is an active police investigation, and we are supporting the investigation in every way possible. I am not going to comment any further out of respect and concern to [the alleged victim] and the investigation.' 

The 22-year-old employee said that in the immediate aftermath of the alleged assault, she left the dock in tears and called her father on the phone. 

'Something bad just happened on the boat,' she told him on the phone. 'I was assaulted. I need you to pick me up,' the report states.

She walked to Nantucket Cottage Hospital and underwent a sexual assault examination, which was completed around 10am. 

The examination came back on September 1 with one 'positive for male DNA.' according to the police report. 

Williams was arraigned on Friday, and pleaded not guilty to all charges.
