I am easily influenced. When a new book or series trends on BookTok, I immediately add it to my to-be-read (TBR) shelf. However, BookTok gets it wrong far too often. Some of these titles are so overhyped that I just don't get the appeal. Because I am a completionist by nature, I hate-read a few of these all the way to the end. For others, I finished book one and decided the rest of the series wasn't worth my sanity. Let's dive into the list, and fair warning, spoilers lie ahead!
