Brendan Fevola has been overhauling his health the past few years.
And the AFL legend showed off his trim new look in videos shared by his Fifi, Fev and Nick radio show this week.
In the clips, the 45-year-old was looking toned, slim and terrific as he posed in a footy shirt and shorts.
Fevola was sporting taut muscles and a lean physique that indicated he's lost dozens of kilos since addressing his lifestyle choices.
Once overweight and loading up on carbs, the former Carlton footballer has shed significant weight after adopting a keto diet.
Brendan's journey began when he became a Jenny Craig ambassador in 2017, but he continued to struggle before finding a diet that worked for him.

Back in 2024, Fevola revealed he lost a whopping 14.5kg in just a month without doing any exercise.
Speaking to Australian Men's Health, the radio host explained that after he called time on his playing career, his health started to take a backseat.
'I haven't been to the gym in 13 years,' Brendan told the publication.
'After I retired, I just didn't see the point because I had no reason to keep fit.'
Brendan added that when he stopped training, the calories he was consuming continued to 'stack up'.
'Eating as much as I used to was fine when I was playing footy, because I burnt a lot of it off with exercise,' he said.
'But after I started not exercising as much, it all stacked up.'

After realising he needed to make a lifestyle change, Brendan initially lost a formidable 30 kilograms by following the keto diet - and has dropped more since.
Brendan said that the early hours he works in breakfast radio had caused him to eat more carb-heavy foods.
'The breakfast hours I work mean I'm tired at the wrong times, and before I was just eating constant carbs and not getting the good stuff to keep me awake,' he said.
'I don't want to put all the blame on breakfast hours though, because you can still eat well at those times, but it's all about the decisions you make.'
He overhauled his diet with a 30-day challenge from Keto Australia after tipping the scales at 128 kilos.
The keto diet is a low-carbohydrate, high-fat diet that aims to get the body into a state of ketosis where it burns fat for fuel, which helps induce weight loss.
'I literally walk down the street now and people are like, "Is that Fev?", because I'm fading away,' he said.
