The Goose, located at 102 W. Fourth St., has been serving Lehigh students and the wider Bethlehem community for 47 years. The sandwich shop was founded by Robert Goosley and Mike Corcoran in 1979, the name a play on Robert’s surname, and is now run by Bethlehem natives Tony and Debbie Silvoy. Heavily adorned with Lehigh memorabilia, The Goose carries Lehigh’s history as part of its own legacy.
