Thai chicken restaurant chain opens in Empire State Plaza

A Thai-inspired street food restaurant chain has opened its third Capital Region location. The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) said Gai Chicken & Rice is now open in the former Auntie Anne’s space in the Empire State Plaza food court.
