Here's something to destigmatize:
The lie that people are "neurodivergent" and not morally responsible for their personal wrongdoings and failures has gotten way out of control.
Nobody is mentally perfectly healthy. Lots of people are making it work, financially and legally. The people who don't(Lindsay Clancy clearly falls into that category, at the cost of 3 children she murdered) are personally responsible for those faults and failings.
Sadly the large part of society making excuses for her are almost as evil as she is. Maybe if she didn't think she could count of millions of them coming to her defense she wouldn't have done it.
