COLUMBUS, OHIO – McCabe’s Mechanical Services, a part of the Grote Co. Family of Brands, announced Greg Staley would be the general manager.

Staley will replace Allen McCabe, who recently retired from the company he founded in 2022 as president.

“We’re so pleased to welcome Greg Staley to the team,” said Bob Grote, chief executive officer, the Grote Co. Family of Brands. “He brings a wealth of experience in the food processing industry, working with brands of all sizes, to his role at McCabe’s, which will be a strong asset to our continued growth strategy.”

In the new role, Staley will work to optimize operations and grow sales with new and existing customers.

Staley has more than 35 years of experience in food processing. He worked as a maintenance manager at Carolina Turkeys and worked with brands including Nestle, Monogram Food Solutions and East Coast Seafood, among others.

Staley served in the US Marine Corps and graduated from the University of Maryland with Bachelor of Science in Finance (BS).
