A California judge filed a "tentative ruling" on Tuesday in a lawsuit against Author Amy Griffin, who is accused of stealing and retelling another person's experiences in her book "The Tell", saying it should be amended in part due to the plaintiff's improper use of a pseudonym in her complaint.
