The secretive woman who now controls the UK-based Only Fans empire is understood to have inherited more than £500million of dividends.
Yekaterina Chudnovsky, is known as Kate and is the widow of the Only Fans tycoon Leo Radvinsky, inherited control of the British parent company when he died earlier this year.
The accounts for Fenix International revealed that the family trust that controls the company extracted around £530million in dividends across 16 months from November 2024 to March 2026.
An Only Fans spokeswoman insisted that the money was paid to Radvinsky not Chudnovsky but the accounts state that she inherited control of the family trust on his death this March.
Fenix International saw revenue for the 12 months to November 2025 surge to £1.2billion, from £1.05billion the previous year, and profit before tax rose from £513million to £543million.

Set up in 2016 by British businessman Tim Stokely, the platform was bought by Radvinsky in 2019 and the Ukrainian-American businessman opened it up to pornography.
The accounts show that its subscribers or fan accounts increased by 60million for the year, from 377million in 2024 to 437million in 2025.
Only Fans now boasts more than 5million creators, including pop stars such as Cardi B, who posts lifestyle content. But it is pornography that has driven its astonishing rise.
The accounts show that £1.5billion was paid out to creators, many of whom offer pornographic content, in 2025, an increase from £1.3billion the previous year.
Radvinsky died of cancer in March this year at the age of 43 and his widow inherited sole control of Fenix, through the family trust, which extracted £400million in dividends for 2025.
The accounts also reveal that another £130million was extracted in dividends leading up to March this year.
Chudnovsky and Radvinsky, who were both born in Ukraine before moving to the US, had four children together but kept their lives entirely private despite the controversy generated by the website.
Chudnovsky, a corporate lawyer based in Florida, is not believed to have any UK links despite the company being registered here.
The accounts reveal for the first time 'the licensing of OFTV content to Netflix UK (which has) further extended the platform’s reach'.
It is not clear what content this is referring to.
