The Crest Group (Crest) has acquired of advanced ultrasonic solutions and plastic joining technologies manufacturer, Dukane. Crest is backed by Stellex Capital Management (Stellex). The move reflects Crest’s commitment to strategically expanding its platform, providing customers with an array of solutions.
Dukane offers a broad technology portfolio in plastic joining, specialising in the design and production of highly engineered, automation-enabling plastic bonding and cutting solutions. The company operates across the US, Europe, and Asia, providing solutions to the medical, nonwoven, transportation, food processing, packaging, electronics, and general industrial sectors.
