Lucky Daye‘s success isn’t luck — the R&B singer is a generational talent, a two-time Grammy winner and hit-maker who recently made his Warner Records debut with “Nowhere Fast.” The sensual single, with its sleek grooves and understated confidence, makes for a perfect fit for Visionaries, Uproxx’s first-of-its-kind, one-take performance show on a state-of-the-art XR stage.

With a reactive visual world unfolding in real time around his music, voice, and movements, Daye delivers a captivating performance of “Nowhere Fast.” The immersive production complements the song’s polished sound, while his undeniable stage presence brings an added sense of intimacy and intention to the rendition. Together, the music and visuals offer an exciting glimpse into Daye’s next chapter, leaving us even more eager to see where he goes next.

“We live in a world that’s constantly telling us to move faster,” Daye said about “Nowhere Fast.” “But sometimes real growth happens when you slow down and move with intention. That’s what ‘Nowhere Fast’ is about — being present, trusting your pace, and not losing sight of what actually matters.”
