The purpose of the text is to socialize the process of planning, design and delivery of the course called "rescue and stabilization of archival documents" as part of the institutional actions of the Council of the Federal Judicature for the attention of damaged that may affect the files under its responsibility. This course was formally implemented since 2009 as part of the annual archival training program that the various legal instruments determine as an obligation for the institution. For this, four sections are developed. The first allows contextualizing the Council of the Federal Judicature as the administrative body of the Judiciary; the second recounts some disasters that have affected the institution's archives and that made it possible to identify an area of opportunity; the third section shows the changes in the norms and laws that impact the organization in relation to archival training and the last section develops the planning and implementation process of the course within the institutional archival training program. Likewise, the materials used in the teaching of the course are included as annexes: manual, practice formats to be carried out and evaluation questionnaires, both diagnostic and summative.

El propósito del texto es socializar el proceso de planeación, diseño e impartición del curso denominado “rescate y estabilización de documentos de archivo” como parte de las acciones institucionales del Consejo de la Judicatura Federal para la atención de siniestros que pueden afectar los archivos bajo su responsabilidad. Dicho curso se implementó formalmente desde el 2009 como parte del programa anual de capacitación archivística que los diversos instrumentos jurídicos determinan como una obligación para la institución. Para ello, se desarrollan cuatro apartados. El primero permite contextualizar al Consejo de la Judicatura Federal como el órgano administrativo del Poder Judicial; el segundo hace un recuento de algunos desastres que han afectado a los archivos de la institución y que permitieron identificar un área de oportunidad; el tercer apartado muestra los cambios en las normas y leyes que impactan en la organización con relación a la capacitación archivística y el último apartado desarrolla el proceso de planeación e implementación del curso dentro del programa de capacitación archivística institucional. Asimismo, se incluyen como anexos los materiales utilizados en la impartición del curso: manual, formatos de prácticas a realizar y cuestionarios de evaluación, tanto diagnóstica como sumativa.
