Network already exists: help releasing an IP registration

Hello,I manage IT for a public library in Lithuania. When I try to add our current public IPv4 address to our OpenDNS account, I receive the error “Network already exists.”Our dashboard shows no networks, and I cannot manage the existing registration from my account. We need to configure content filtering for the library’s public computers.Could someone from Cisco/OpenDNS Support help us verify control of this IP address and release or transfer the existing registration so we can manage it through our account?I can provide the public IP address, account email and any necessary verification information privately.Thank you.
