This is a particularly lovely example of the wallpaper pattern known as “2222” (in orbifold notation) or “p2” (in crystallographic notation). I’ve marked the four distinct gyration points of order 2 below; these are the points you could rotate the pattern 180° about without changing how the pattern looks.
