Keep-or Lock

 Hello to all, a few questions, 1 there is Keep or Lock - in order to not delete a Show or Film in Sky Q- please let me know the difference as My saved ones are in Keep is it possible to move them to Lock or Vice Versa, please explain the benefits or any negtives if any on both. 2 😐Also on my Sky Q Control at the bottom there are Red, Green, Yellow, and Blue Buttons, what do they do, thanks.
