Woman and man injured in overnight shooting in Hartford

A woman and a man are recovering after being injured in a shooting overnight in Hartford.
Officers were called to the 200 block of Barbour Street around 12:30 a.m. after getting a ShotSpotter notification.
When police arrived, they said they found a woman in her 30s who had been shot. She was alert and conscious and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
While investigating, authorities said a man in his 40s arrived at the hospital for treatment for a gunshot wound. He was also alert and conscious.
The investigation is active and ongoing. Anyone with information is urged to call the HPD Tip Line at (860) 722-TIPS.
