Complete Directory transfer to new account

Hi,
 
I am relatively new to fusion a360. Could someone help me with the following?
 
A student-employee of my company has been using a360 fusion with an educational license. He has decided to leave the company. As a company we are switching to an new official license at the end of july, we are now using the 30 day free license.
 
I would like to transfer all his files, assemblies, references, etc (complete directories) into our new account.
 
How is this possible?
