[Mirror Tool] Add the Ability to Offset the Mirror Plane

Hi, dear Project Falcon devsIt would be really useful to have the ability to offset the Mirror Plane. Here's a situation where I ran into this limitation:
In 3D-Coat, for example, I can simply select the Mirror Plane and drag it to align with the symmetry axis of the main object.Video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jv2_5JnoojE
Timing:
0:00 - Default symmetry setup.0:06 - Clicking Pick and selecting a point moves the Mirror Plane to that location.0:25 - There is also a reset button and an option to load symmetry from another model.Thank you and have a great dayBest regards,Andrew.
