A Paris appeals court on Tuesday declared far-right leader Marine Le Pen guilty of embezzlement and ruled that she must wear an electronic ankle monitor even if she decides to run for the presidency. In France, electronic home detention prohibits a person from leaving their home, or another designated location, except during the hours authorized by the judge.
