Spencer Pratt is telling all about his many celebrity encounters over the years in his new memoir The Guy You Loved to Hate: Confessions from a Reality TV Villain.

It took the 42-year-old LA Mayoral candidate a decade (2003-2013) to complete his degree in political science at USC and, while there, his penthouse loft connected to three-time Oscar nominee Ryan Gosling's loft where they used to 'hang out a lot.'

'I had a crew that he was a part of,' Pratt wrote in an excerpt obtained by Us Weekly.

'We were a crew, and I think he learned a lot for his future roles from my posse.'

However, years later, The Hills alum ran into Gosling at The Standard Hotel and 'I swear to God, he ran when he saw me.'

Pratt attended Crossroads School in Santa Monica in 2002 with The Row co-founder Mary-Kate Olsen, who briefly dated his friend Max Winkler.

One year later, the SoCal native sold pictures of the couple to a tabloid for $50,000 - writing: 'Here I was, 20 years old, turning my buddy's romantic misery into startup capital.' 

Olsen revealed on the Late Show with David Letterman in 2008 that she was not friends with Pratt, revealing he did 'not have a good temper' and recalled how he would 'walk out of' soccer games in a huff.

The Got to Get Out star is hoping pop star Taylor Swift has a large wedding with fiancé Travis Kelce 'so I get an invite' because he landed on her PR merch mailing list in 2018 after he posted videos of himself dancing to her 2017 song Look What You Made Me Do.

When Pratt lost his $3.8 million Malibu home in the wildfire last year, 'the first person that DMed me a full paragraph was Scott [Disick]. I can't remember what it said, but it was something very nice.'

The Bold and the Beautiful guest star remembered Kris Jenner pitching him idea for a reality show that eventually became Keeping Up with the Kardashians and he declined 'with the kind of confidence only available to people about to make the worst decisions of their lives.'

A few weeks ago, Pratt was dining out with his family when 'one of the biggest movie stars in the world' came to his table to similarly lend their support.

'[They] pump me up for 20 minutes straight, knowing every detail about everything,' the crystals enthusiast marveled to the mag.

'This movie star does not follow me. So secretly there's real, A-list movie stars that are like, "Yes, Spencer, call these people out!"'

Pratt has welcomed two sons - Gunner, 8; and Ryker, 3 - during his 17-year marriage to Heidi Montag Pratt.

Audiences first got to know the couple in the Laguna Beach spin-off The Hills, which was frequently criticized for fabricating storylines during its 2006-2010 run on MTV.

In 2022, the cable network canceled the continuation The Hills: New Beginnings following two dismally-reviewed seasons.
